Teoretic, viata ta se reduce la 3 personalitati cu care incerci sa jonglezi si pe care vrei sa le impaci. Dar ziua are doar 24 de ore, oboseala te face sa-ti doresti doar sa te intinzi intr-un pat moale si nicidecum sa te apuci de gatit. Dupa 5 min se pune si cascavalul taiat felii subtiri sau dat pe razatoare si se lasa sa se topesca.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pilaf cu ciuperci&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ingrediente :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;1 cana orez,&lt;br /&gt;3 cani de apa,&lt;br /&gt;300 g ciuperci,&lt;br /&gt;1 ceapa,&lt;br /&gt;3 linguri ulei,&lt;br /&gt;1 lingura vegeta,&lt;br /&gt;sare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Mod de preparare :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Ciupercile se curata si se spala bine. Ceapa, taiata marunt, se caleste in putin ulei, apoi se adauga ciupercile, apoi orezul spalat si scurs. Se adauga apa, sarea si delikat. Dupa ce a dat cateva clocote, acoperim vasul si il dam cuptor la foc potrivit aproximativ 20 min. Pilaful cu ciuperci se poate servi cald sau rece, impreuna cu o salata cu legume de sezon, dar si cu muraturi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pui cu ciuperci&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500 g piept de pui&lt;br /&gt;150 g ciuperci crude sau din conserva&lt;br /&gt;1 ardei gras rosu&lt;br /&gt;un ardei gras verde&lt;br /&gt;o ceapa medie&lt;br /&gt;2 linguri de ulei&lt;br /&gt;secretul gustului (10 legume)&lt;br /&gt;patrunjel&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se taie carnea cubulete. Intr-o tigaie mare se pune uleiul, amestecul de condimente iar apoi se carnea. Se tine pe foc iute pana ce carnea s-a rumenit putin iar apoi se adauga ceapa curatata si taiata marunt. Se adauga apoi ciupercile spalate bine si taiate pe lungime, ardeii grasi taiati cubulete. Se adauga apa si sare dupa gust. Ciupercile fierb destul de repede, asa ca mancarea e gata cand s-a fiert carnea. La sfarsit se adauga patrunjelul taiat marunt. In conditiile in care ai un job care te solicita cel putin 9 ore pe zi (cu tot cu pauza de masa, dar fara timpul petrecut in trafic) iti pui intrebarea daca mai poti sa mananci sanatos, fara sa depui un efort prea mare.&lt;br /&gt;Iata cateva retete rapide si usoare, care iti vor arata ca, in cateva minute, poti avea pe masa o hrana sanatoasa si nemaipomenit de gustoasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Paste cu zacusca&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cu siguranta ai prin camara sau frigider cateva borcane cu zacusca facuta de tine sau primita de la mama ori soacra ta. Credeai ca zacusca se poate manca doar cu paine? Iti propun o combinatie care sigur iti va placea: paste cu zacusca. Adica folosesti zacusca pe post de sos bolognez. Tot ceea ce trebuie sa faci este sa fierbi pastele, sa le strecori si apoi sa le amesteci cu zacusca. Ceea ce vei obtine va fi o masa gustoasa si satioasa. Poti sa consumi acest fel de mancare cu masline sau castraveti murati.&lt;br /&gt;Pont: Daca tii o dieta, poti inlocui pastele albe cu paste din faina integrala. Adaugi o lingura de fructoza si bati in continuare, pana se dizolva fructoza. Adaugi apoi o branza Philadelphia light si continui sa mixezi, pana ce compozitia se omogenizeaza.
